Top tubes are made by the well known Top company, and are made with the same quality as their trademark rolling papers. Each of these cigarette tubes already have a filter attached, and all they need is filler added and they're ready to smoke, just like a regular cigarette.

These are made in the standard 84mm length, the same length as a regular cigarette.
