Torpedoes pre-rolled cones are made from a special blend of hemp and rice that is made into a very thin paper and then pre-rolled into a cone shape for you. These come in their own individual tube that can be used for either carrying the cone, or for snuffing them out for later use!

These come with tips and a wooden packing tool!
