We ship nationwide every day using Fed-Ex or USPS. We do ship to APOs and certain foreign addresses with USPS upon request. We do our very best to inform our customers as soon as possible if a product is not in stock. Extra fees will be charged to any shipment outside of the continental USA, and our website may not reflect the correct price for shipping on checkout! Flat rate shipping charges are only applicable to the contiguous United States. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, the US territories, or outside of the United States, you are not eligible for the flat rate shipping option. If you ship outside of the US you are responsible for any DUTY fees that might be charged in your country.
We do accept returns for store credit or refund. In order to prevent the product from being damaged, we do have a strict policy for return time. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery of your product. We document the delivery of all orders on your account and will not accept returns after 2 full business days. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the product back to us should you want a return for any reason that is not our fault. Very rarely are any of our products returned. However, should you return the product to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Do not simply rely on e-mail as the spam filters sometimes catch e-mails and is occasionally unreliable.
