If you have an issue with a product you received, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Purchased items may be returned within 10 days from the delivery date, and must be in new, unused condition. We do not accept exchanges at this time. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If we do not provide you with a pre-paid return label, you will be responsible for providing us with the tracking information of your return. If we provide you with a pre-paid return label, we will deduct the cost from the total refund amount.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please email us a photo of the item and we will send a replacement at no charge to you. Products being returned must be in their original packaging and shipped back with the same level of care that they were originally received in.
We only accept returns from purchases made on RollingPaperDepot.com. Processing returns will be done within 2 business days of receiving the package. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account once processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
